Sourdough pancakes

A great recipe to use up leftover sourdough starter or for a treat.

Ingredients:

1 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp sea salt

2 eggs

1/2 cup sourdough starter

1/2 cup buttermilk (I often add a little more liquid)

 

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together, fry in butter turning once.  Serve with buttermilk and bananas.
